Note: Orders that contain more than one item will be assigned a distinct processing time depending on the specific product.

Prior to shipment Our team will conduct an exhaustive inspection of the products you have ordered. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time should be between 3-7 days.

Returns

The inventory is always changing and we do not fully manage it because of the fact that many parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. Stocks can be changed at any moment. You may not receive your purchase after the order has been made.

The policy is for 30 days. We are unable to exchange or refund your order when it's been 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund your product must be unopened and in the same state as you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
